Overview
To act as first point of contact for enquiries by schools, group visit organisers and general public. To provide first class customer service on every occasion.
Day-to-day tasks:
- Respond to enquiries
- To be the first point of contact for all bookings or general enquiry telephone calls
- Respond professionally and quickly
- Process sales
- Work closely with the Education Team and Operations Team
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Maintain stock levels
- Receive & distribute all post
- Office Fire Warden duties

Working Hours
9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Some weekends and Bank Holiday cover by rota will be required
Salary
£16,000-£22,000 per year
Qualifications
None needed but Customer Service and IT qualifications are highly desirable.
