To act as first point of contact for enquiries by schools, group visit organisers and general public. To provide first class customer service on every occasion.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Respond to enquiries
  • To be the first point of contact for all bookings or general enquiry telephone calls
  • Respond professionally and quickly
  • Process sales
  • Work closely with the Education Team and Operations Team
  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Receive & distribute all post
  • Office Fire Warden duties

Working Hours

9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Some weekends and Bank Holiday cover by rota will be required


£16,000-£22,000 per year


None needed but Customer Service and IT qualifications are highly desirable.
